Hi,

New on here, first post. I've ALWAYS struggled with weight, yoyoed since I was 13! 🙈 now, over 30, still fat and considering joining SW, any successes?
I've tried on my own, with DH support but I just give in. Want to be fit and healthy but don't feel that I ever will be.

Part of me wants to join SW next Wednesday but other part of me suspects it may be chucking £5 a week down the pan!

Advice please! X

Oh.... I have 5-7 stone to lose depending on which end of healthy BMI you look at.

Give it a go for a month or 2, you may be surprised and then be glad you went.

Or you could find it awful and have wasted £5 a week - but then you will never know if it would have worked or not!
