Syn value

Hi
I looked up the syn value of something on the syn calculator and it come up 4.5 syns per 100 g but my consultant said it's 3 syns per 100g. I don't know what to do because when I look it up on the app the exact thing didn't come up but it said it's 3 syns. I don't know what to think or who to ask. Any thoughts please x

I use the SW website syns online calculator if I'm not sure about something.
A consultant might not be exactly correct, as syn values can change, and they can't keep up with everything.

The syn calculator isn't always right, it does sometimes come out high because it can't account for the free food...there is a syn hotline number on the website somewhere though.

To be absolutely sure you can email photos of the packaging to slimming world and they will work it out for you. When you put it through the calculator did you put yoghurt as the free food allowance?
