Perhaps a personal question but how many syns do you average daily and if you don't mind sharing, how close are you to target weight?
I lowered my syns to 10 daily when I reached a plateau in my losses a few months back but I see people on Instagram who are still on 15 a day and 9st-10st so clearly at a healthy weight so obviously it doesn't affect their losses
I've reached another plateau recently and to be honest, don't want to lower my syns anymore....
any advice would be greatly relieved.....
