Does anybody know why these have syns? Because its just noodles and seasoning right? Been making my own, but cannot get my head around why the branded ones have syns?

What ingredients are in the seasoning? There's probably something in there that's adding the Syns. I doubt it's just herbs and spices in there.

Palm oil in the noodles...

The low fat ones are free though.

Thanks all, the palm oil thing makes sense.
Margo I use fine egg noodles, and add chicken stock and some paprika to the water. Its nice, but I do like the super noodles (full fat) so its a shame really!
