Stopping slimming world after target weight

Hello
Just wondering, has anyone ever come off slimming world once happy with their weight or for any other reason and then stayed the same weight or put it all back on etc? If you've kept the weight off, how? As our consultant says to keep going even after years on target but I'd like to think I can go it alone without going to group, aw website etc.
Have a stone and a half left to lose and stone and a half lost in three months, really impressed with results!

Thanks,

Katie Smile

From what I've heard it can be really hard to stick to target once you're there, at least for a while.

You get free membership from then onwards though, as long as you remain at target. If you don't want to stay to group you don't have to. But I think it would be useful to get weighed each week anyway :)

Keep going to group. I got to target a few years back and even though it's taken years to regain the weight, I have regained it. I've just rejoined last week and am seriously pissed off with myself.

I lost 6 stone. I put 3 back on. I'm now back and have just over a stone to go.

You only have to pop into group once a month to weigh for free. Do it!

I don't go to group anyway as I do SW online (can't make the groups). I plan to maintain by continuing to track what I eat and weigh myself regularly.
