How often do you use flexible syns?

I have a wedding at the weekend so planning o use flexible syns then. I'm a bridesmaid so I know the menu and estimate it'll be about 25 syns , I don't drink so shouldn't be too much of a problem. I'm so tempted to "save up my syns" ready for next weekend but have heard not to do this and just to have a flexible day. Will I still lose though? How often do you do flexible syns?

I personally save my syns if I'm still intent on losing. Flexible is just a way to stay in control while you have a great time, without worrying... But you should expect to sts or put on tbh. Enjoy that one night, either way, then go back on it after. Wink

I tend to save my syns if I have a big night planned - I cut syns down to 5 a day beforehand then enjoy it!

If I have something big planned, I do save my syns up, and like Emily, only have a max of 5 a day before.

Aah thanks all. So far I've stuck to my 10-15 a day... and think I'll treat wedding as a one off flexi. Will let you know how I get on!

I'm sure it will be fine. Worse case scenario you can expect a gain but you've had a great time, but considering you'll be dancing loads, you never know. Expect the worst, hope for the best!

Hope so! Just concerned that I'll fall off the wagon if I deprive myself for a whole week!
