Trying to decide whether to join online Slimming World or just follow the diet. Have done it about 20 years ago in the past but think things have changed a bit since then - it seems more complicated. I have ruled out attending a class as I would realistically never get there and then I might be tempted to cheat. I would like to lose about a stone and possibly slightly more. (1) Has anyone found actually subscribing has made a big difference to their willpower and/or are there other benefits to actually joining and (2) Does anyone have any voucher codes for online?
