I am only in my first couple of weeks of SW so still in the honeymoon phase
. The weight is coming off well but I'm sure that can't last and will slow down. One of the main reasons I joined SW was because I could eat carbs (carb addict) however I think I should try to cut them down a bit, maybe as a way to prevent the weight loss slow down.
So I was wondering if SP days make much of a difference? Should you do a whole week at a time or just a couple of days? Do they speed up people's weight lose or do you put the weight back on when you stop doing SP (my limited experience of trying to go low carb)? Any advice gratefully received!
