I only started slimming world two weeks ago, and over the weekend completely fell off the wagon. Think prosecco, meals out and hangover cheese...
Weigh in is tonight, should I go, face the gains and stay for group regardless or start again now, skip group this week and go next Monday?

I had a very similar weekend and I'd say go, face it & get back on track. Massive temptation to stay off the wagon a bit longer otherwise (or maybe that's just me!)
It may not be as bad as you think - I weighed in & stayed the same. Very lucky but disappointed in myself!

Go. If you miss weigh in you will be tempted to keep overeating. It will help you get back on track.

Oh - and a turning point for me when I started was accepting that occasionally these things happen & just to write the weekend off and get straight back on it.
If you take the hit & accept it was a fun weekend but that's it - the scales end up motivating you to have a really good week. You could end up having a great loss next Monday!

Yeah I think there's been a few 'favourite recipe' or 'new recipe' threads here & there - always welcome new ideas!
I'm trying to keep things varied so trawling through Pintrest and the SW magazine!
