Salter electronic ones. Obviously you need to have them on a hard surface like other scales.

I came on this thread because my relatively new scales (Less than 2 years old) have just died. I thought they needed new batteries, but no, even with brand new batteries they still don't work. They're Salter electronic ones Sad
