I eat full fat yoghurt and count the syns. That and fruit normally does enough for my sweet tooth. I also like sliced red and yellow peppers for a bit of sweetness.

Mikado sticks are 1/2 syn each, you might need more than 1 though

Cocoa, or hot choc sachets?

Either as drinks or stirred into quark or fat free Greek style yoghurt, maybe some vanilla essence too.
Make some SW oat biscuits, but use sugar instead of sweetener and syn it?

Maple syrup is only 0.5 syn per tsp or 2 per tbsp. Nice drizzled on things for a sweet hit. I have it on butternut squash pancakes. Baked apple with mincemeat is a heB pudding, amazing with natural yogurt.
(Sorry that's fruit!)
Baked oats, I don't add the sweetner.
Low fat custard
I also make a pudding with HeB of grapenuts cereal as a base, topped with quark, berries and drizzle of maple or sweet freedom syrup or tsp of st dalfour jam.
