If so, what do you eat on nights? Especially around 4am when I get starving! I usually eat my tea before work, have a snack around midnight and then we all get snacks out around 3-4am they are usually crisps and sweets so I need to think of something sw friendly to have

What about overnight oats?

Ooh that could be an idea, maybe treat it as an early breakfast and then don't eat when I get home.

Lots of people I know make it as big as they can - lots of fruit and then have it for breakfast and then a few hours later as a snack......this helps me as then I have my lunch around 2 instead of 12 so less hours that I can go off plan with snacking until tea time!!!!

I work rotating shifts and nights are the ones I struggle with a bit!
I have tea around 8pm, popcorn (or other savoury snack) at midnight/1am then have porridge with loads of fruit at 4/5 d(depending when I get my break. I then just have water before bed at 7 and have bacon, egg and tomato at 11am. (Repeat for the number of night I have to do!)
