Really want to go to SW

I really want to start SW but all the classes in my area either start at 9:30 am or 7pm. I have a baby so 7pm class is not ideal, would it be a bad idea to bring my baby along for the 9:30 am class? do people normally bring children?

Can you do the online version?

The first time I went I took my 10 mo. The leader was very welcoming and there were a few other mum and buggy combo's there as well. I'm planning on rejoining when my dd starts school in September and will be taking my almost 2 yo with me then.

Babies and small children have always been at any SW group I've been to.

Plenty of people bring their babies. The morning groups are full of young mums.

Or you could try SW online.

Ah that's great. Thank you.

I've got no excuse now. I have looked at oneline version but I think I will do better when I have the pressure of going to a class and getting weighed. I've got to do something (can't stop eating).

I go to a 9:30 class and lots of mums too!! Some dont stay for the whole thing, others do. My leader even has a children's corner for them with toys and pencils/colouring 😊 good luck x
