I've just started Slimming World - registered today for the Gold plan.
Am I right in thinking that I just choose what I want for breakfast, lunch & dinner from the recipes available (bearing in mind the amount of sync), as well as one thing from the healthy extra 'a' and one thing from the healthy extra 'b' list?
I've seen that I can choose a body magic fitness goal so I've opted for silver (90 minutes a week over minimum of three days & maintained for four weeks).
Am I right?
