I've just started Slimming World today (had a bit of a bug though so didn't really want to eat!) and I'm checking out the app and website. I can't seem to find an online food diary option to keep track of what I'm having in the day (I know it's not important with free foods so much but I would like to keep track of healthy extras and syns). Is there such a thing? If not do people food diary informally on paper etc as it might be helpful to see what good weeks looked like and where things go wrong etc. I know the group leader asked us to a food diary she can look at but I want to keep track online for me.
