I'm breastfeeding and need a snack in the middle of the night, preferably savoury, that can be kept by the bed, any ideas?

Bag of ryvita minis, they are a heB and you get more healthy extras for breastfeeding!
packet might be noisy though! Or a heB of nuts ?

I'd look through the crackers and crisp breads listed under HexB. I have 2 weetabix before bed which keeps me going for the night feeds. I find it hard to fit in enough HexA so this helps with that too.

Otherwise maybe carrot sticks, cucumber sticks but I reckon you'd want something with a bit more sustanance.

I remember keeping hobnobs by the bed with DS1. So glad I joined slimming world this time round.

If time to make them earlier, slices of cold baked oats would be substantial. HeB oats, berries, egg and yogurt- good for getting in extra calcium!
