Any tips without joining a gym in less than 6 weeks how to tone up? I've lost 38lb since January and now 13st 2lb with awful saggy bits between the tops of my thighs. My boobs and tummy I guess I will have to accept but my legs are the worst part. Great getting into smaller size clothes but you're still covered up. Swimwear however is a hole new ball game Confused

Ive bought some Palmers Q10 lotion (which is supposed to firm your skin even after weight loss) and a body brush to try and minimise both loose skin and cellulite - the latter's now more visible on my thighs after losing weight! Been using them both for around 2 weeks so far and I'm starting to see a difference.

Squats are amazing for thighs too!

Marking my place here as I could do what ideas too please. I've lost 6st 4 in the last year with sw and am becoming self conscious about the saggy skin on my bingo wings and my inner thighs.
Btw op I've found a few good swim suit with dress or skirt which hides these wobbles well but would love to be rid x

Don't get me started on saggy skin.
3 children & lost 3.5 stone and big saggy tummy and no boobs - just skin. But I've been running whilst trying to lose weight and my arms and legs are looking ok, so maybe try some exercise
