Can I or can I not count 25g as a healthy extra?
Book lists it with syns, not HE, but a recipe on app says be sure to count the syns if not using as HE.
I'm counting it as syns today, but that leaves me a couple of HEs short (breastfeeding and weight loss has somewhat stalled, I suspect it's because I've not been eating enough so trying to eat all my HEs and approx 10 syns per day)
Any ideas?
