Slimming World

Off the wagon with emotional eating...

I have been on Slimming World for a month and lost half a stone. Very pleased with this result and feel I'd like to lose a stone and a half more. My only issue is that I can't seem to stick to it when I'm going through difficult emotions. Does anyone else find this hard? Any tips for continued motivation?

I struggle with emotional eating myself, but I do find it helpful to remember why I decided to lose weight in the first place and think about what is worth more to me - eating whatever it is or being smaller. It doesn't always work, but it does sometimes.

I'm lucky that we don't really have much "naughty" stuff to eat in the house as my partner and I are both doing SW and we don't have any kids. So if I want to eat my emotions, I have to go out and buy stuff!
