Lunch box ideas?

I start training for a new job on Monday and need some major lunch box ideas for fussy eaters like myself. I'm not very good with salads and don't find them very filling.

Cous Cous and lean meat with cut up raw veg. It's my lunch every work day!

I make my own sushi rolls...easier than you think. I don't cut them up into bite sized pieces but have one roll. I don't use raw fish but tuna and cucumber with a bit of mayo. Sometimes avocado.

Do you have access to a microwave? If so, we eat leftovers from dinner everyday.

Same a midnight I've been having couscous or rice, flavoured, so have to syn it, but low Syns, add lots of salad/veg and that fills me up.

Sainsburys savoury rice is free.
With cooked meat and salad.....yum!!

I eat cooked flavoured chicken and salad. I add the mixed bean salad from m and s which is 3.5 syns for the whole pot and I have it over 2 days.
