Had my six week post birth check yesterday so am now focused on upping exercise and losing weight. I need to lose 1.5-2 stone. Have done weight watchers in the past but doctor said slimming world is best from a healthy weight loss medical perspective (although didn't say not to do other plans).
I really want something simple as don't have much free time with 6 week old and 2 year old plus cheap as money is tight. Also need to be able to make meals for all the family that don't the hours of prep and are easy and tasty.
Is slimming world for me? Do I need to go to meetings or is there an online version? Any tips for success?
