Hello!

I'm new to slimming world and was just wondering what everyone's favourite SW recipes are? I'm trying to put some sort of plan together but am a bit overwhelmed by all the options!

Thanks

Diet cola chicken works well with pork too.

Chicken jambalaya is yummy!

Some of the Iceland SW meals are lifesavers when you're in a rush or don't want to cook from scratch.

Thank you, I will take a look at those.

If you have Facebook there are a couple of pages that regularly pop up recipes:
-Pinch of nom: slimming world recipes
-Slimming eats: slimming world recipes
-Best slimming world recipes.

Another vote for the slimming world ready meals from Iceland, I was sceptical but the paella and the channa saag were lovely and they're handy to have on days you're short of time, they also have recipes on the packaging so you can make them yourself.

There is a nice sweet and sour recipe. Another vote for jambalaya and there is a fab carribean pepperpot stew I am in love with! Their website is fab for recipes!

I find some of the recipes difficult as we don't eat any spicy food at all, but for non spicy stuff, I love the ragu pasta bake and the chicken pizza, v easy to make & don't really taste any different to a non-SW recipe. I'm dying to try the carbonara recipe that someone kindly posted on the SW support thread too as that looks really good.

Spaghetti bolognaise - my dc prefer it to my normal bolognaise! Also cottage pie is very good.

Thank you for all the suggestions! Will take a look.

Ah that's good to know Tea, thank you! Didn't think of looking there.

Katsu curry - love it! I don't bother breading the chicken, though, waste of HEB/syns.
I make triple the recipe and freeze it in portions using frozen cooked chicken pieces so it can just be defrosted and heated.

Classic chicken curry, Butter Chickem, Thai spiced beef with wild rice and a nice juicy steak Smile
