I've done SW for years and am a diamond target member but have recently returned as I've put on about 8lb. Anyway, I'm struggling to get motivated at the moment even though I stay to group as much as possible, I find it helps to stay and I get to see all the lovely people I've met through it! There used to be a thing called Success Express that you could do a couple of times a week to really speed up your weight loss but I can't remember what it consisted of, does anyone know?
Dreading weigh in tonight as I know I've had a bad week but have the food shop to do today so won't buy anything bad, or even any wine (I think the wine is my downfall!)
