Online or weekly group?

Hi, I'm thinking of joining slimming world and wondered what the differences were between joining online and going to a weekly group. Obviously with the group you go along and get weighed and have some support but what are the other differences? And also what do people recommend?

Thanks

I went for a few weeks to get the diet explained and start me off. I now do it solo due to time pressure and I'm motivated now.

Depends what suits you and if you have time for the meetings which can take some time whilst you wait to be weighed and stay for the talk.

I go to a group as previously (with other diets online) I don't stick to it as religiously as I should and lose motivation quickly.
I need the class to keep me going and getting weighed by someone means I stick to it properly to avoid them seeing I've gained 😳

I need the discipline of the weekly group plus I like the support and encouragement you get from others.

Do you have to sign up for a minimum term? The classes near me seem to go on for up to 2 hours which I just don't have time for.

I need the discipline of a weekly group. I was worried about going at first but now I love it.
