Struggling 2nd Time Around

Posting here for support really. After DS1 was born in 2010 I lost 3st fairly quickly with SW. I think bfeeding helped loads! I gained a bit after going back to work but for the most part it stayed off. I continued to go to weigh ins even during my pregnancy with twins, and my weight then never reached my post DS1 weight. Their birth was traumatic though and I'm a comfort eater. At the start of this year I was back to where I started, plus a little bit more. I've now got over 4st to lose. Since rejoining in January I've managed to lose a grand total of 6.5lbs. I don't understand what's different this time round. Could I be eating too little? I usually have weetabix with raspberries and milk for breakfast, a jacket potato with beans for lunch, and then I usually graze because I'm just not that hungry. Is this where I'm going wrong do you think?

Sounds like a proper evening meal might be a good idea - maybe just something with lots of speed like a salad or stir fry - or even homemade soup, if you're not feeling massively hungry. Are you drinking enough as well? And having speed at lunch?

Sometimes mixing up your healthy extras works too - maybe try having fruit and yoghurt for breakfast and a sandwich and fruit at lunch, or have Alpen Light bars/Hifi bars instead, or change the milk for cheese - I've found that changing things up every week means I get pretty consistent losses xx
