Well, it says it all.
i have not lost any weight in the last 4 weeks and i know where my problem is.
i am quite good in the morning and afternoon but after dinner i must have something sweet. i just cannot help it. I eat whatever i find: nutella, m&ms, rich tea....whatever i find in the cupboard.
Dont tell me "why do you buy those things?" i dont buy them. My husband is slim and he is good in eating them only as a treat but i am weak.

So, what i am asking is: is there a snack i can have that has low calories but really can stop me ruining the good work during the day?

PS: i am an online memeber, i joined in january , i lost 4kg but i still need to lose another 10-12kg to be happy.

I would say 1) log everything you are eating 2) try to add a little bit of (good) fat in somewhere.

For e.g. add a tbsp of sesame oil to a stir fry. Yes, it's 6 syns (I think) but sometimes if I've had no good fats at all the cravings ramp up and I can't stop eating. That might help.

Although - you say you're 10-12kg away from where you want to be. Are you overweight? Or just not as slim as you want to be?

I have to get my partner and cleaner to hide the bad stuff. Last night I had lost 1 lb, which is brilliant for me - and hit the Nutella. I will get it hidden.
I find the Weetabix muffins are great for me - I have a couple for brekkie, a couple later in the day and save a couple for the evening. Or get some Hifi bars. Get a treat ready so that you know you are having one. I don't have loads to lose and am very slow; ( partly because I am always going out for meals and choose not to be on plan on those days). My consultant has suggested going down to 5-10 syns. I rarely went over 7/8 anyway, it's very do-able.

I try to save my HEA & B for the evening.

I freeze fat free yogurts. They are very hard frozen so take a while to eat. The same amount of ice cream would be gone in a second and I would end up eating some more

Try to make meals syn free or low syn and save your syns for treats.

Off to get weighed now!

I try and save all my Syns for the evening as well as my HEB so I can have hi fi bars. Can you ask your partner to go without treats for a bit so they're not in the house? Or ask him to just buy treats as and when he fancies them and just get enough for himself.

I've started having a cooked breakfast and saving my healthy b. I've stayed the same for 4 months but the week I started doing this I lost 4.5
