From a weightloss perspective, free food is free food, however for the best weight losses you need to follow SW properly which includes a third speed where you can and with mug shots, you're not going to be replacing a third of it with speed?
It also kind of depends on other things as well...are you actually hungry when you have them, or are you sometimes having them for the sake of it?
