Just signed up today. Evenings are my danger point for snacking on biscuits/crisps so I want to plan some good options rather than just try to go cold turkey.

Any good tips for nice sweet/savoury morsels?

I haven't signed up but am trying to follow sw so could be talking rubbish but what about veg sticks with home made hummous. Or see if there is a Recipe for a dip?

I think muller lights are free - they are sweet for sweet cravings?
