Im graduating from uni in July, got my dress but look awful in it as the underlining is quite fitting and basically shows all the curves and lumps I've been trying to believe don't exist- of course they exist!
I was going to start doing a calorie count diet but heard good things about SW so started it today. I can't join a group as none suit my schedule (planning to join in July though). I've got all the papers r.e. foods and syns etc. Im going to follow the EE plan. Who wants to join me???
Currently weigh 9st 1lb which is fine for my BMI but just want to lose the inches mainly and learn to eat healthy.

Breakfast: HeB (35g oats) and HeA (175ml whole milk) and 1tsp honey (figuring out syns)
Lunch: crustless quiche (used 0.5tsp oil as had no frylight so 1.5syns used) 4eggs, bell peppers, carrots, and tomato
Dinner: No clue yet. Probably tradiitonal food i.e. curry and chapatti (but I'm halving the chapatti which will be roughly 4syns)
Snack: Ive already had a lettuce, cucumber, tomato and celery salad. Will have fruit when I go home
