Can anybody help me with the syn value of prawn and pineapple? The boiled rice is obviously free. Are noodles free if you ask for them to be cooked in soy sauce instead of oil? Does anyone know any low syn prawn dishes? Thank you.

We have a great local take away that writes down what's in everything.

Just checked the boiled rice as our used to add oil to the water.

I have a fillet beef noodles (could have prawn instead) and they used dried noodles (I double checked).

The only issue is that to stir fry they use oil. But the always use one table spoon and I syn it. Then they ass a bit of soy sauce.

Frying in just soy sauce in a hot wok is very difficult. They would need quite a bit which would make the food salty.

I know the slimming world website and app has average Syns for things.

I generally avoid anything with a sweet or Rick sauce.
