Hey all, I had the most horrendous day on plan yesterday - going over my syns but around 80 syns :(:(:(
Im wondering about from tomorrow doing a few SP days to try and claw things back as weigh in is Tuesday night. Does anyone have any experience of doing this and did it work or will I be wasting my time. Never tried SP before so it will a new challenge but will have 3 and a half days to be able to follow it.
What do you all think? Do you think it would work at all? Thank you xxx
