using up oranges - ideas?

Problem is, you can only eat them as they are. Anything else (juicing, pureeing etc) has a Syn value.

Yeah. Iv just been given a bagful so need to think of low syn ways - or they'll rot before eating

I'm making marmalade this afternoon - 1.5 syns per tablespoon Grin

Red pepper and orange soup.
Add to a salad.
Some nice desserts on the SW site - mousse, sorbet, panna cotta.
