'Options' are 40cal per sachet and there are lots of different flavours. They taste great considering how low cal they are! All supermarkets sell them and they're available in tubs too.

Yep I agree the Belgium choc ones are nice

Oddly enough my favourite is a cheapie. Morrisons nume is 38cals (2 syns) per serving and it's far more chocolatey than options. I add a sweetener and splash of milk from my allowance. It's about £1.30 and in a bag rather than tin

Cocoa, sugar and milk, I don't think sweeteners/additives are a good idea for long term weight loss. I do a heaped teaspoon of cocoa and unrefined sugar, mixed into a paste with a bit of the milk, then add rest of milk and heat, I add a few drops of mint or orange oil if I want it flavoured.

*add oil at paste stage.

Options chocolate and strawberry is delicious!

Vulcan- on Slimming World that could have a lot of syns.

I like options or cadbury sachets.

VulcanWoman · 07/03/2016 15:00

Miss yes I'm sure it does. I shouldn't have posted really, I don't agree with weight loss programs for long term weight loss, I'll go away now Grin

Slimming World is a way of life, not a diet.

Actually I use milk and cocoa...I do have sweetened though, skimmed milk from my a choice, cocoa powder is one syn a teaspoon and I find it way nicer than yon options type stuff.

I think the Aldi ones are lovely :) they do a mint flavour as well.
