Was thinking of having like a dessert served in them little drinking shot glasses.can anybody recomend anything please

Quark mixed with an Options hot chocolate - mini chocolate mousse.

I'm making chickpea Dahl loaf.

I am making ferrero rochers. Nutella mixed with smashed up scan bran.

Blitz the scan bran in a blender ann then mix in Nutella. Then roll into small balls. Work out the Syns and divide it between how many you make.

I don't like taking hot food or meat. As its a huge group so takes ages to weigh everyone in, and I go after the school run so it would be cold by the time I got there.
