Right, I'm really getting quite depressed about my weight. I'm returning to work following Mat Leave soon so hoping to get back in shape.
I've done SW before and did quite well but last time I tried I simply failed. If I'm on a Diet I tend to want to eat crap I don't normally care about.
Theres also the fact I never know what to eat so spam me with motivational stories and meal ideas. BTW I dislike fish (don't mind tinned tuna and cod occasionally)
