Slimming World
How do you actually leave SW before reaching your target, without running up a big debt?
BigSandyBalls2015 · 25/02/2016 12:32
I joined after xmas, lost half a stone or so, find it difficult to get to the meetings at times and have now heard you still have to pay even if you don't go! Unless you give them advance warning - up to six times per year.
Supposing I never go back, will they hunt me down for the money. Or can i tell them I'm leaving and that's it?
YankNCock · 25/02/2016 12:34
They aren't going to hunt you down if you don't go. You normally have to pay for the missed weeks (IF you want to go again), but I think there's a cap on how many you pay for and it's fairly low. At some point it becomes more economical to pay the joining fee again and be treated as a new member.
lighteningirl · 25/02/2016 12:36
The cap is two weeks so maximum you pay Inc the week you come back us £14.85 or you can just rejoinder for £9.95
hairypaws · 25/02/2016 12:37
You only need to pay missed weeks if you want to keep your history. You can start afresh if you prefer and only pay from that date.
NoodleNuts · 25/02/2016 13:03
You don't even have to tell them you are leaving, just stop going to the meetings!
lighteningirl · 25/02/2016 13:29
you can just stop but it's nicer to text your consultant who has put her heart and soul into helping you achieve your weight loss dreams and then she won't be worrying about you and chasing you.
