How much weight did you lose after 12 weeks on sw?

And how much exercise do you do?
I need to lose a bit of weight and exercise a lot, but apparently it's 80% what you eat so thinking I might try sw.
I get married in 15 weeks so need to get on with it, don't have much to lose, just need to lose the bloat!

1 stone 10lb apparently (just looked it up) I didn't do any exercise then...or for about another 9 months after that.

Oh that's loads! So, the stone I want to lose is easily manageable...
I do love my exercise, wish it helped more need to give up wine methinks

I lost a stone in about 8 weeks on SW. It's good but you have to be rigid!

I lost my stone this morning after 7 weeks- including a little gain last week. You should be fine. I am noticeably less bloated and clothes are fitting better now.

I think it depends on what size you are already, what your diet is like at the moment and your exercise levels currently.
My diet wasn't too bad to start with as we were eating SW meals anyway (from doing it years ago), but I did no exercise and was a size 24. Apparently I lost 1st 5 lbs in the first 12 weeks. That included upping my exercise from nothing to swimming once per week.

I don't know how much I weigh, but I'm a 12 /14 with a 14 being big on me. I swim 3 times a week and do body pump.
I don't eat carbs, well not pasta or white potatoes or rice, so I'm wondering if it's suitable because I read you can have unlimited of them?!
I just want to get to a 10/12.... probably a stone off...

Sorry should have said, I lost three stone with following the plan religiously as well as building up my exercising - initially walking every day for 45-60mins and now I'm doing the couch to 5k running programme - so jogging/walking for 30mins 3 times a week.
I do think it depends how big you are when you start - I obviously have a lot of weight to lose so it comes of quicker than say if I had just 10lb to lose.

Sweet potatoes occasionally, whole wheat toast for breakfast sometimes but other than that, cauliflower instead of rice, and courgette and aubergine instead of pasta.
Hate the way carbs bloat me.
Think I'm going to give it a few weeks on my own and if nothing changes, I'll bite the bullet! Still interested to hear how it worked for others, still tempted...

You'd suit SP plan on SW which is pretty much carb free.
Breadwise it's wholemeal or you have to syn it.

I do SP probably 4 or five days. As I can't eat pasta, rice etc.
The odd day I have sweet potatoes so they are EE days.
I have lost 9lb in two weeks. But probably have more to lose than you. When I joined I had 2 stone 11.5lb.

in 8 weeks I've lost 1 stone 11. i ve got about the same to go again but i am pleased with that. Aiming for july to get to more or less where i want to be.

I lost 11.5 lbs. not as much as a lot of people but I'm still pleased. Hoping to lose 2 stone then see how I look/feel and decide if I want to lose anymore

I had a stone to lose and lost it easily in 8 weeks. I was very strict with myself as I struggle finding time to exercise as much as I would like. I am around your size so I don't think you should have any problems. Do go to classes to be weighed. I never stayed but needed the motivation of someone actually writing my weight down!

Hi, I've lost 2st 3lb in the 1st 11 weeks. Only exercise is increased walking. I started at 19st 5lb so have a lost to loose. Now i'm slimmer I feel the urge to walk more. Loving it.
