Any good "Packet Sauces" for Slimming World Followers?

That's it really. I cook from scratch loads but sometimes I just want something easy or a bit "processed" and so was wondering about the Schwartz/colemans type packets.

Are there any low (ish) syn ones that people have enjoyed please?

Try the slimming world sauces from Iceland, there is a tikka one and a tomato one and they are syn free. Most of the Schwartz packets seem to come out at around 8 syns which isn't too bad per portion.

I quite like the maggi so juicy range, they're about 4-6 sins, but split between a family of four that works out to be quite low for something very tasty.

I will definitely have to look at that too!

Have you tried the mojito chicken schwartz one? It is gorgeous, I do sweet potato wedges and big salad including red onion, mango and avocado with it.

I only joined SW last night so will have to work out the syns in that as it doesn't look too bad and it's probably my favourite dinner at the moment.

Will also have to translate my favourite Hairy Dieter recipes! I guess you just need to add up the syns in everything that's not a free food and divide it by number of portions?

Yes, someone at the meeting mentioned picking it out of something last night so I know I'll need to look it up and count it next time. I only use one between 3 of though, and don't have a dressing on the salad, so hopefully not a catastrophe.

It's 9 1/2 syns per 100g of fresh avocado.
