Can you have this? I'm sure I've seen somewhere that you can. I usually have weetabix but getting a bit bored of it. I saw a version of puffed wheat in Home Bargains but not sure if it would only be certain brands you can have. Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you :-)

Sainsburys and Morrison's puffed wheat is ok. Maybe compare the fibre content of the home bargains one .Must be ok if they are all just 100% whole wheat.

If you have the SW app on your phone you can search for brands and food products and it will tell you if it can be used as a B choice.
