Anyone know of any? I love the Miller lights but I eat way too many & apparently they are loaded with sugar. Even if I could just replace say 2 a week even with something else for my yogurt??

You can use any fat free yoghurt and pimp it out with anything you like. The Tesco finest fat free Greek style is gorgeous, and if you chuck a bunch of raspberries in it's even better.

I eat fat free natural yoghurt. I'm not keen on it on it's own but it's lovely poured over some chopped fruit - strawberries, apples and grapes taste particularly nice with it.

I haven't tried it, but our group rave about caramel drops meant to flavour coffee being added to yogurt.

Activia 0% yoghurts are quite nice. Both raspberry and forest fruits. The peach one is nice in porridge with cinnamon but a bit sickly sweet on its own.
