I am new to SW I joined 07/01/2016 and have 16lbs to lose.
I get weighed every Thursday.
Starting weight - 10 stone 6lbs
Goal weight (ideally) - 9 stone 4lbs
Any help or tips that you have picked up along the way would be brilliant!
I like pretty much all foods and willing to try anything once - any useful syn values too would be excellent :)
the only thing I need help with and have tried typing this into google but they're so many answers, which cheese can be used as my health extra for example grated?
I usually buy Aldi Lighter Mature Cheddar however willing to try any store if I know its part of my health extra A - for things like grated cheese on top of pasta or jacket pot.
I do apologise I'm still trying to get my head round this :)
