Windy weather

Hello, fellow Slimming World friends! I have been a member of SW for nearly 18 months and the plans have been good for me. It's just that I have never been fartier. My family are being gassed. I am a veggie but I am not eating beans and broccoli all day long.

Does anyone else have this problem? Any advice? All ideas gratefully received.

Me too! And I pee a lot more too.... If they are really noxious try charcoal tablets they don't stop the wind just help with the smell. Also I used to get really bad trapped wind and found I couldn't eat a big veggie full dinner followed by any raw fruit like apples for pudding.... Bad combination! And as for my root vegetable stews, well, tasty they may be but 💨 phew! The wind!

I bought some wind-eeze pills which have worked a bit but I don't really want to keep on them. I wonder if drinking more water helps? They do say to do this --
The peeing doesn't bother me so much!
