So I started slimming world on Saturday , just so happened to have planned a meal out with a friend that night. I planned to go to an Italian , planned to have grilled fish , potatoes , veg, great. Anyway , they had no tables , the only place we could go instead in town was Chinese or Indian, I chose Chinese as a healthier option. To start I had salt and pepper mushrooms and then chicken chow mein. The mushrooms which I thought would be healthy , came with a crispy light batter on. I ate them :( I feel like I have failed on the first day, no idea how to syn these mushrooms. Feel rubbish now :(
