beef mince

What could i do with beef mince for tea, i have no beef stock, and i really dont fancy burgers always too dry, any suggestions from you guys please?

Spag bol and chilli are my main SW mince recipes. I probably need to expand my menu

Quick goto here with mince (it's actually a WW recipe) is

Beef Mince
Onion
Peppers (if desired)
Tin Baked Beans
Tin Chopped Tomatoes
Cooked (or nearly cooked) pasta
Dash Worcester sauce
Oregano/Mixed Herbs
Chilli if you like

Cook off mince & onion. Add peppers. Add beans. Add tomato (with a dollop of tomato puree 1 minute beforehand if you like). Add worcester, herbs & chilli. Add pasta. Cook until ready or you're hungry.

Serve with some grated cheese - yummy.

I have just made SW chilli for the first time here and everyone loved it.

Well i made it, so glad i did it was lovely,and the cheese finalised it.thanks again
