I'm supposed to be joining tomorrow but I'm having a major panic - what if I chicken out? I want to do it and more importantly, I need to do it but I've got a lot to lose, like 5 or 6 stone - is it possible?
I know it won't happen overnight but we've booked a holiday for August, only in the UK but I can't go looking like this, so please inspire me!
