Most if not all of the muller light ones I think.. Certainly the pudding type ones are, I think the fruit ones are too although I can't be sure even though I ate one this eve 😆

Good for you! I started last summer, lost 1.5 stone, have put on about 5lb through not being very good in December so have been easing back in last week but back on it with a vengeance today! Been out for an early morning run/shuffle and now to think of meals for the day before the DC wake up!

I love these: Little Yeos. Organic kids' yoghurts.

Yeah, they are for kids, but lovely and fruity and creamy and smooth. And they're not tiny Petit Filous sized pots, they're big enough for a grown up Smile

Yeo valley 0% vanilla is 1/2 syn for 125g. I don't have it all the time but it is thicker than a muller and feels like a real treat

The lemon yeo valley 0% greek is 1 syn for the small pots. I actually prefer to use my syns on yoghurt than eat the muller lights. I prefer slightly thicker yoghut myself.

I was going to suggest going for the Greek style ones as the are really smooth. I think the muller ones are half or maybe one syn each.

Fantastic thank you all so much. A thick creamy yogurt now a days again is definitely a treat as opposed to thiness of some
