Online help needed!!

I am a lapsed group member. When logging on it will not let me enter the site as I have not been for many weeks.

On line would be better so I have tried to join today except it won't let me. It would seem that as my email address is in their system I can't register using it.

Does anyone have any ideas? Many thanks

I dont know if this helps but I joined with a different email. Maybe if you dont want to do so you could contact them? Im sure there is some kind of email address/phone number.

Hi

I have now joined with a different email. I tried to then change it once logged in and it still would not let me.

I have emailed SW so hopefully they will help!

They are really helpful, so they should reply in the next day or so. They may be able to merge your accounts or something.
