Weighed the day before Christmas Eve (a day early). Fell off the wagon so hard there's a dent in the floor. Tried to get back on plan on Monday but failed miserably.

Back to group this morning (expecting a gain) to draw a line under Christmas, and refocus myself for the task ahead.

I have to weigh in on Monday. I'm expecting about the same. I planned to have two days off at Christmas and it turned into two weeks
Wonder if three days of being good will cancel out two weeks of eating everything in sight

Lol I had 8 on , haven't stopped eating since week before Xmas getting back on track tomoro writing everything down and staying to meeting on Monday....sigh! It's the only way

I can't believe how bloody grotty I feel though. Just all sluggish and icky.

Going to go for a nice stroll along the beach tomorrow with DH...blast some cobwebs away and start the year off as I mean to go on.

I have resisted the remaining Christmas cake and cheese so far today. Got some hifi bars for my late-night chocolate fix.

I CAN DO THIS...

I put on 5 in a week. I got back on plan on weds and I feel so much better, before I felt like I had a fat suit on and my boobs were growing out of my neck! I felt grey, tired and bloated. I know it's probably psychological but i feel like I've lost a bit already and I've got more energy, except this morning as the baby was up most of the night. Good luck you can do it just think how much better you will feel when the sun comes out and you look like a super model

I'm not going near the scales for a month. I just don't want to know. Finished the Thornton's this afternoon and after a glass of wine or 3 this evening that's it for me, firmly back on plan from tomorrow. As others have said, I feel bloated, sluggish, just yucky generally. I'm looking forward to my overnight oats tomorrow.

I put on 7.5lb in the 2 weeks I celebrated but 4lb off as soon as I was back on plan so I am glad I faced the scales and shocked myself seeing what I had done or I would smack my way all the way to gaining a stone before I knew it!

Same here (although I don't know the "official" number my scales are hinting at 3 lbs). If I hadn't gone to group on NYE I would've carried on eating off-plan, and would be finding it difficult to go to group next week.

As it is, I'm off to Aldi tomorrow morning to see if they've got any exercise bikes left.

I went for wi NYE too thought it might give me the arse kick needed...it didn't :( on a plus note I've eaten everything remotely dangerous in the house so now I have no choice but to stick to plan!

Ha, 5.5lbs for me and that was on NYE in the morning. Since then I have had two big nights out so not expecting a great result tomorrow evening, at normal weigh in. Like others I do feel bloated - can't believe I am still over 2.5 stone less than when I started. How did I tolerate being 2.5 stone more than this when i feel this grotty now?!

Otoh I did enjoy the social side of xmas a lot so no regrets

I'm at wi Friday morning so that will be a revelation I should imagine!
