Budget SW meals.

I've been doing SW for a couple of months now and I'm steadily getting the hang of it and losing weight.

The thing is we're on a budget and I've found our food bill has gone up massively. So I was wondering if anyone has any ideas for really really cheap SW meals? Things like beans on toast with toast as a healthy extra - I don't mind how basic they are, I just need ideas!

I love their recipe for a baked frittata type thing made with eggs, Asda curried chickpeas out a tin, and a pack of Bachelor's rice. Sounds odd but its very good!

Jacket spud, beans, cottage cheese
Pasta and homemade veg/tomato sauce
Omelette with fillings as HX and salad
Homemade veg chilli, bulked out with kidney beans
