I'm joining again in the new year. First time I lost 2 5 stone then fell off at Christmas. Second time I just couldn't do it, I lost about half a stone and kept putting the same few pounds on and off.
I go on holiday in may and get married Feb 2017. I don't want to look like this
I have a LOT to lose. I'm miserable, hate my body, after two large babies (last one was 10.8!) I'm saggy too. I'm only 23 and it's depressing.
Any tips to actually stay on plan?! I'm an emotional eater, happy, sad, bored - I eat!
Please share your tips, I need to stick at this.
